ABOUT

One person, the whole stack.

Vexley is a one-operator studio. I do the design, the front end, the database, the deployment, and the maintenance afterwards. That is unusual, and it is deliberate.

Most web work goes wrong in the gaps — between the designer and the developer, between the developer and whoever set up hosting, between the agency that built it and the person who has to keep it running. Those handoffs are where detail gets lost and where nobody quite owns the problem. Removing them removes most of the ways a project quietly degrades.

The trade-off is honest: I take on fewer projects than an agency could. That is the constraint that keeps the quality where I want it.

PLACEHOLDER — YOUR BIO

A short paragraph in your own words: who you are, background, where you work from, and anything a prospective client would want to know. Left blank rather than invented.

HOW I WORK

Four things you can hold me to.

You talk to the person building it

There is no account manager translating your requirements into a brief for someone you never meet. What you describe on the call is what I build, because I am the one building it.

Fixed quotes, agreed first

Nothing is billed hourly. You get one number for an agreed scope, in writing, before work starts. If it turns out harder than I estimated, that is mine to absorb.

Current tools, chosen deliberately

The stack is modern because modern tools make sites faster and cheaper to maintain — not because they are new. I will not rebuild your site every two years to chase a trend.

You own the result

Code, domain, database, accounts. Nothing is held on a platform you have to keep paying me to leave. If we stop working together, you keep everything.

Tell me what you need.

The consultation is free, and if I am not the right fit I will say so on the call.
